Alan Barnes is one of Britain’s most distinguished and versatile saxophonists. He has enjoyed a prolific career playing and recording for many bands including the BBC Big Band and Radio Orchestra, and has toured and recorded with, among others, Freddie Hubbard, Stan Tracey, Mike Westbrook and John Dankworth.
