Known for his lyrical style and warm tone, Robbie is one of the UK’s most distinctive trumpeters. His numerous credits include Sir John Dankworth and Dame Cleo Lane, Phil Woods, Jamie Cullum, Jason Rebello, Jerry Bergonzi and the London Jazz Orchestra, as well as leading his own acclaimed band, Dog Soup. He has recently recorded albums with both Bill Frisell and Steve Swallow.
